Operation principle

The acid mist exhaust gas is pressurized by a fan into the outer cylinder processor of the purification tower, and after secondary high-speed spraying and packing treatment, it is forced to enter the absorption liquid in the storage tank through the bubble tube to generate bubbles. Then, it passes through the sieve plate layer, slows down and enters the inner cylinder processor through secondary spraying and packing treatment, and finally enters through the expansion section. Upper slow spray and filling functional section processing. This allows the acid mist exhaust gas to pass through a multifunctional section and undergo multi-stage treatment to gradually neutralize and absorb the acid mist exhaust gas. After the demister removes the liquid and mist, the exhaust gas enters the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.
